Even after so many years of professional experience as a conference interpreter for Dutch (mother tongue), German and English, I am still amazed and enthused about the subjects that I encounter in my interpreting assignments. The diversity is simply enormous and that is what I love about my job. Assignments for the German Armed Forces, the Central Commission for Navigation on the river Rhine and Federal ministries stand out for their uniqueness. I am also frequently booked by European public limited companies and for meetings of European Works Councils in various sectors, such as tourism, automotive, chemicals, telecommunications, energy, engineering, space travel, etc.
